Rare original RAF Ops Room Sector Clock with Fusee movement by Elliott, in good running order, 1941 dated.
Type 1 'Ops Room' sector clock with a 14" dial and a solid mahogany 18" diameter case. Eight day Elliott single fusee movement with 1941 date. The dial is in original, unrestored condition retaining 90%+ of its original painted finish showing age discolouration. This could be restored at buyer's discretion. RAF crest intact and trangular sectors with strong colour. The case has a few minor bumps/scratches but is in very good overall condition, stamped Elliott with Air Ministry marks in two places. Original cast brass bezel with original glass. Good movement in brass housing marke Elliott with serial number. Clock runs well but would need careful regulating with pendulum in place. Clocks with totally original dials are of greater historical value than repainted or refinished examples. A rare opportunity to own one of these classic clocks as used in the WW2 Operations rooms of RAF stations. Includes pegs, pendulum and 2 winding keys.

RAF Sidcot Suit quilted liner for the 1940 Pattern suit.
Excellent example and large size quilted Rayon liner which was worn underneath the 1940 Pattern "Sidcot" flying suit. Constructed from brown rayon with full front zip, full length side zips and sleeve zips, all in excellent working condition. Good label and nice A-crown-M ink stamp plus printed size 6 inside neck. Overall extremely clean - looks unissued. Front fly-flap is present and buttons closed. Button is slightly loose but still attached - just needs a couple of stitches to secure it. These suits were very warm and comfortable and were, on occasions, worn alone (without the out suit) in some crew positions.

RARE early yellow silk-covered stole for the Harnessuit, 1941 pattern life vest.
An excellent and rare example of the early production gas-inflated stole (or bladder) as used in the GQ Harnessuit or Parasuit as well as the stole-inflated life saving waistcoat (commonly known as 1941 pattern Mae West). These early models were covered with yellow silk to protect the rubber—this was later used only in tropical climates and the temperate models were made from rubberized cotton. Fantastic condition, with no wear or damage, completely pliable with a good oral inflation tube and valve. Well marked with A-crown-M proof and testing dates of 1941 and 1944.

Early RAF stole lever mechanism and inflation cylinder for the Harnessuit and 1941 pattern Mae West.
Extremely difficult to find. This is the lever mechanism to activate the CO2 cartridge inflation system for the GQ Harnessuit and Stole Inflated Life Saving Waistcoat (aka 1941 Pattern Mae West). Perfect for the stole listed above. Excellent condition, early production (without the additional collar around the shoulder of the lever) and comes with the rare 2-part CO2 cylinder. Nice clear A-crown-M property mark on the chrome-plated lever and als includes the circlip for securing the mechanism into the stole.

RARE US Army Air Corps Type A9 oxygen mask, complete and including "Juliet" head strap.
The first US mask designed to be used with a "demand" regulator, now very scarce. An excellent example showing no use or wear; soft pliable rubber mask and hose with webbing straps and including the hard-to-find "Julliet" strap which secured the mask under the flying helmet and enabled the mask to be worn with a headset instead of a helmet. Clean, well marked, retaining the nosewire and all fittings.
