Imperial Japanese Navy Petty Officer's summer cap.

Very scarce white cotton summer cap for a Petty Officer in the Imperial Japanese Navy. Slightly yellowed but no damage and overall a great looking cap. The cap has a quilted soft peak and matching chinstrap, and is laced at the back for a secure fit. A single row of black silk indicates rank and black on white woven anchor badge is sewn to the front.
